Meet Erin

Erin Marshall is a personal injury attorney who founded Erin Marshall Law, LLC to bring her passion for helping people to bear for those who have been seriously injured due to the negligence or recklessness of others. Erin provides representation, litigation services, and co-counsel for complex and catastrophic injury cases. She brings twenty years of experience in creating and promoting public policies to protect people prior to the practice of law. Her background in writing law gives her the skills and knowledge of law to effectively represent clients. 

Erin is a mother, wife, lawyer, advocate, and entrepreneur.

She gets that we are all busy people. Erin understands her clients come to her at their most vulnerable and trust her with their personal needs.

Transitioning from creating law to practicing law has been rewarding and exciting for Erin. She is open and accessible to clients, forging partnerships to achieve success, and championing client needs to win for a good cause. Her background provides her the foundation to evaluate complex, interconnected legal issues and develop strategies to move forward though litigation. Erin’s medical legal work builds on her years of legislative work combined with her hospital compliance work. She brings clinical perspective to her clients experiencing issues with acute stroke, cardiovascular, diabetes, end of life, and maternal and infant care or birthing from her years working with hospitals and clinics.

Whether a client has a medical procedure gone wrong, a pregnancy ending in tragedy, birth injury or other catastrophic injuries, Erin is sensitive to the humanity of her clients. She listens. She involves her clients in the planning and the process to achieve their goals. Communication with clients is a signature of Erin’s approach to legal case management.

Erin grew up in a military family and lived across the United States before settling in New Mexico over 25 years ago. She volunteered as a backcountry ranger in Denali, Alaska, where she met her husband. When not in South Albuquerque, she enjoys spending time at her place in Catron County, New Mexico, stargazing, shooting her bow, hiking with her family, and volunteering with dog rescue organizations.
